California start-up EV maker Coda Automotive has been busy getting people off the gas and into the grass.
And it’s about time, says the maker of gas-free cars, given there are more than 121,000 gas stations in the U.S. occupying 5 billion square feet of tarmac covering over former natural lands.
This is five times the size of Manhattan, NY, and as you can see in the company’s latest video, it wishes to introduce a new ethos.
“What if you never had to visit a gas station again? We think you should all get a taste of what it is like to own an all-new, all-electric CODA, so our team of operatives converted a gas station into an oasis,” says the company. “CODA owners enjoy the convenience (and savings) of recharging at home. Have a look at how we created the first Grass Station.”
